Pallet Racking Inspections
Across the East Midlands and Beyond
HSG76 compliant inspections, clear risk-rated reports and expert racking repairs — delivered by local specialists who understand your operation.
Keeping Your Warehouse Safe and Compliant
Damaged or overloaded racking is one of the most common — and preventable — causes of serious warehouse accidents. True Space Solutions provides thorough, independent racking inspections that give you a clear picture of your storage system's condition and exactly what action is needed.
We cover six key locations across the East Midlands and surrounding areas. Select your nearest location below to find out more about our service in your area.
Clear Risk Ratings
You'll know exactly what needs attention
Every item we find is rated using the recognised traffic-light system, in line with SEMA and HSE guidance — so there's no jargon, just a clear priority for each action.
Within SEMA limits
Damage falls within SEMA limits. Record it and review it at the next inspection — Green does not mean the damage should be ignored.
Repair within 4 weeks
Damage requiring remedial work within 4 weeks. Immediate offloading is not required, but once affected pallet locations are emptied they must not be refilled until repairs are completed. If not repaired within 4 weeks, the item becomes Red Risk.
Immediate action
High levels of damage requiring the affected area to be immediately offloaded and isolated from use until repairs are completed.

A print-ready checklist your team can use for the weekly visual checks recommended under HSE guidance HSG76 — covering uprights, beams, bracing, protection, loading and more, with the Red/Amber/Green rating key.
