My career has always been built around people, service and helping businesses improve performance.
I spent the first 15 years of my professional life as a PGA Club Professional, developing expertise in customer service, coaching, operations and business management. Looking for a new challenge, I moved into the warehouse solutions industry, where I have spent the last 20 years helping businesses improve efficiency, maximise storage capacity and create safer working environments.
Starting in regional sales, I progressed through a number of leadership positions before becoming Managing Director of three separate companies. Throughout that journey, one thing remained constant: building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions that genuinely add value.
Today, through True Space Solutions, I bring together more than 35 years of experience in customer service, leadership and warehouse solutions. My focus is simple — understanding each customer’s challenges, providing honest advice and delivering practical solutions that improve the way their facility operates.
